Questions we hear a lot.
What does the free air check include?
We visit your home, look over your system and ducts, and talk through what you notice: dust, odors, allergies, rooms that never feel right. You get a written plan with options and fixed pricing.
How often should I change my air filter?
Many homes change a standard filter every one to three months. Pets, allergies, smoke, and how much you run the system all shorten that. Check the filter's own guidance, or ask us and we will recommend a schedule for your home.
Should I repair or replace my system?
It depends on age, repair cost, and how often it breaks down. If your system is older, needs repeated repairs, or your energy bills keep climbing, replacement is worth pricing. We will quote both options so you can compare.
Do air purifiers and UV lights really help?
They can reduce airborne particles and keep coils cleaner, but results depend on your home and your system. We recommend only what fits your situation, and we will tell you when an upgrade is not worth it.
How often should heating and cooling be serviced?
A yearly check for each system is a good rule: heating before cold weather, cooling before summer. Our maintenance plan covers both seasons.
